Hi. My name is Henry Washington. Owner of MIASER LLC. We are a Delaware based mobile repair service. Founded in 2015, MIASER has relocated from Washington D.C. and is now headquartered in Dover. Our new office in Atlanta is just the beginning of a strategic expansion. We offer fleet services including standard light service (alternator, serpentine belt, oil change, battery test and replacement, etc) as well as detailing services such as lot wash, interior cleanup, headlight restoration and engine cleaning. You may already be using outside vendors for your fleet services but what we offer is the convenience of having the service come to you. Because we are a mobile service our overhead is lower than that of a brick and mortar establishment. As a result we are able to pass that savings on to you. All of our services are covered by warranty for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Warranty will be considered void if any part replaced by us is changed or altered in any manner by anyone not employed by MIASER LLC.

Chassis Services

Most brick and mortar repair facilities charge by the hour for their services. This is called flat-rate billing. Even commercial clients pay by the hour, albeit at a discounted rate. The average shop rate can range from $95 up to $150 at franchise dealerships. Our fleet rate is discounted 40% per billable hour for fleet and commercial clients. Most of the repairs we provide are completed in under two hours. Your company will literally save thousands annually on routine maintenance and repairs.

As an added bonus all employees of your company will be eligible for discounted auto repair on their personal vehicles as well. From oil changes to roadside services to full repairs they will be covered as long as they are employed by you. And they can expect the same level of professional quality that their company receives.

DEALERSHIP BUNDLE:

Used car dealers often have to utilize the same repair facilities as the public when they don't have an in house mechanic. If you get our optional Dealership Bundle you get the same prices from our Fleet Management package plus

Pre-purchase inspections. We’ll go the extra step to help reduce the likelihood of you buying a lemon. Our inspections are detailed with multipoint safety checks and photos when needed.
Curbside Appeal preparation. The nicer it looks the more attention it will get. We foam wash and spray wax the vehicle outside. Then we thoroughly clean and sanitize the inside while paying special attention to stains in the carpet, upholstery and headliner. We also do headlight restoration by request. Need tint removed? No problem. No radio? We’ll put one in for you.
Professional photography. With over ten years in the automotive industry we know how to take photos that catch the eye. We are so sure that you will love our detailing work that we’ll give you the photos at no additional cost.
