Q: Do services have to be paid for in advance?
A: Yes. This is a prepaid annual subscription service.
Q: Can I transfer my subscription over to another vehicle for any reason?
A: Approval for transfer of services to another vehicle will be considered on a limited basis.
Q: Can I buy a subscription as a gift for someone else?
A: Yes. As long as the subscription is paid for in your name.
Q: What kind of motor oil do you use in your oil changes?
A: All of our motor oil is full-synthetic and Dexos approved.
Q: Are the detailing chemicals you use allergy/eco friendly?
A: Absolutely. We strive to use only natural products. If you have a specific allergy feel free to let us know when you register for services.
Q: What if I don’t need/want a service that’s part of the plan? Is the price still the same?
A: Yes. Unfortunately the pricing for our plans is not flexible. You can opt out of a service but the cost will be the same.
Q: What happens if my car is unavailable on the day my service is scheduled?
A: We encourage our customers to make sure their vehicle is available on the day their services are scheduled. We send confirmation texts and/or emails on the day before service. If the vehicle is not present we will attempt to contact you. After that you will have to reschedule your service call. There will be a rescheduling fee.
